1. Lawful and respectful use
Use Lifehear services only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people, their privacy, intellectual property, safety, and access to the service. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, discriminate, deceive, exploit, or facilitate conduct that creates a meaningful risk of harm.
2. Account and identity misuse
Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, create accounts through deceptive means, sell account access, or use credentials without authorization. Do not evade an account restriction or help another person bypass a security, eligibility, regional, or purchase control.
3. Security and system abuse
Do not probe, scan, test, disrupt, overload, or circumvent security, authentication, rate limits, access controls, or technical protections without prior written authorization. Do not introduce malware, harmful code, unauthorized tracking, destructive payloads, or content intended to compromise a device, account, network, or service.
4. Automation, scraping, and APIs
Do not use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated requests in a way that ignores published instructions, burdens the service, extracts protected data, manipulates metrics, or interferes with normal use. Access to an API, feed, or machine-readable resource does not grant permission beyond its documentation, credentials, rate limits, and separate terms.
5. Content and communications
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, privacy-invasive, or intentionally misleading content. Do not send spam, phishing, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive messages through support or subscription tools. Only provide information you are entitled to share. Avoid including sensitive information in general forms unless Lifehear specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
6. Commerce abuse
Do not use stolen payment methods, manipulate promotions, submit fraudulent claims, interfere with inventory, resell contrary to applicable restrictions, or abuse returns, warranties, referrals, or delivery systems. Automated purchasing or inventory capture that disadvantages ordinary customers may be limited or cancelled where permitted.
7. Enforcement
We may review suspected violations and take action proportionate to the risk and context, including warnings, content removal, request blocking, order review, access limits, account suspension, or termination. We may preserve and disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, customers, or the public.
8. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or a security concern through Lifehear support. Do not publicly disclose sensitive exploit details before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and reduce harm. Questions about this Policy may be sent to legal@lifeheartech.com. We may update it as services and risks change, with the updated date shown above.
